We specialize in tile and grout cleaning. We clean the floor with low-speed buffer machine and cleaning solution. Then we neutralize the floor with clean water. Lastly, we add a polish to shine and protect the tile & grout. Adding floor polish is optional.
If your grout is filled with caulk, we will not remove it. Caulk is usually installed in restaurant grout lines to prevent food, dirt and grease from getting to grout. (See rates below)

Important factors that may subject your quote to additional charges (because they make the work more labor intensive):

  • Removing paint, varnish, or layers of (unknown) old finish from the floor
  • Detailing such as hand-work, cleaning corners, tight spaces, removing hard scuffs, condition of floor etc
  • Fixed obstacles, furniture, or certain types of machinery or equipment that cannot be moved, yet still need to be worked around and/or under (We Do Not Move Heavy Furniture Under Any Circumstance)
  • Situations that make the workflow difficult or inconvenient (such as a faraway janitor’s closet or water source)
  • Anything less than 1000 sq ft will be a minimum fee of $350.
  • Adding Additional Coats of Wax or Floor Finish | Price Per Coat: 10% of the Square Footage (1st Coat is Free)

Tile & Grout Floor Cleaning can be one the toughest jobs to complete. The most common tile is ceramic, however we have cleaned some porcelain tiles as well. Many customers around metro Detroit have beautiful homes and will still experience dirty grout problems. It is not a matter of if your grout will get dirty, it is a matter of when. We deep clean and buff the grout out with a machine brush. For dirty grout that has not been cleaned in years, it can take multiple rounds of scrubbing which will most-likely result in an additional charge. Commercial settings such as restaurants contain a great amount of tile and grout. I can recall, we have had some dirty grout jobs in the Roseville, Troy, and Eastpointe area because of all the liquor stores with heavy foot-traffic in them. We've even handled some tile and grout jobs in the Almont and Romeo area.
